Provence Rooibos Tea
Just had a wonderful pot of tea and I had to share it with you. It is Provence Rooibos Tea, among it's ingredients: rose leaves, lavender, rooibos, black currents. Rooibos means red bush and grows in South Africa. The tea is high in antioxidants, caffeine free, and rich in vitamins. This particular blend of Rooibos is red in color and has a heavenly floral scent. I became interested in trying it because of a book I was reading. The lead character and heroine was always drinking it for clarity when solving mysteries. Provence Rooibos has a light taste with a fruity floral aftertaste. Its one you can sip all day. Oh, the book that inspired me to try Rooibos is The Number One Ladies Detective Agency, by Alexander McCall Smith. Also a recommendation. Cheers!
