| Hapy Valentine's Day! |
With Valentine's Day just around the corner, I have been busy making chocolate heart pops, chocolate covered pretzels, and heart shaped sugar cookies to share with family and friends. Additionally, I have made Cheery Cherries for the adults on my list. Cherries marinated in vodka, perfect for a beverage or a dessert topper.. To make them, drain 2/3 the juice from the maraschino cherries (stems on) and replace it with a good vodka. Reseal and place in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks. (The longer they steep, the better.)
